How often are portable toilets serviced?
Rentals longer than a few days get scheduled cleaning, usually once a week: pumped, sanitized and restocked. Busy sites and big crews can have it twice a week. For events we deliver before and pick up after, and clean during multi-day events if you ask.
How many restrooms do I need?

Do I need an ADA-accessible restroom?
If the restrooms are for the public, yes: under the 2010 ADA Standards, where portable toilets are grouped together, at least 5% of them (and never fewer than one) must be accessible. Many job-site contracts ask for one too.
Do I need a permit for event restrooms in Santa Barbara?
Restroom requirements come with your event permit, not from us. Ask the City of Santa Barbara (or Santa Barbara County for venues outside city limits) what your permit needs; many ask how many restrooms and hand wash stations you'll have. We'll send the equipment list in writing for your application.
Can I talk to someone in Spanish?
Yes, se habla español. Call (805) 902-4324 and speak Spanish, or use the chat and the quote form, which are in Spanish too.
